Regular maintenance is good for business.

It is about overview, reliability, cost management and guidance.
When your foil machines are regularly maintained and inspected, many defects and wear and tear are discovered before they result in losses of production. That means that you save yourself  from unnecessary downtime and the costs it entails.
In addition, regular maintenance helps to increase safety, ensure smooth machine operation and the maximum service life of your system.

RHM Packaging ApS offers customized solutions which is adapted to your equipment and the company’s needs.

Business needs are different. The facilities are different. Requirements for corporate packaging are different.
RHM Packaging ApS has prepared a concept within maintenance of facilities, where the individual facility determines which items are included in our service visit.

RHM Packaging ApS adjusts the date and time of service according to the company. We arrive when it fits into your production, at the agreed time.

At the same time as the service visit, our experienced technicians prepare a detailed service report – when they leave your company, you know what they have done, and which upcoming repairs you can expected, if any.

After service, calls, repairs or spare parts replacements, we register the information in our database.
That way, the processing time is minimized if later faults are to be found on the machine – and at the same time there is history on the machine.

In other words, we prepare the service based on the company’s wishes and expectations, instructions for the individual machine and our many years of experience in the field.

Our solid experience shows that machines where a service agreement has been signed, are not affected by unforeseen downtime, as often as machines without service agreements.

A service agreement ensures that the system is kept running with optimal power, the lowest possible costs for maintenance and repair. The service life of the machines is extended, as the  parts effected by wearing is changed regularly and the other parts are readjusted.

Service agreements are usually signed for 3 – 5 years at a time, and usually include service once or several times a year, depending on the load .
